Our policy is to use fixed fees as often as possible so our clients know the cost of representation in advance. However, it is not possible to quote fixed fees in all matters. When we are unable to quote a fixed fee, we bill our hourly work using personnel with the lowest possible hourly rate and the capability of completing the task at hand under the supervision of our attorneys. We will meet with you at no charge to you to discuss your legal matter and determine an appropriate fee.
